Job Summary

As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide compassionate and resident-centered care in a long-term care environment. Your responsibilities include :

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Recording vital signs and documenting care interactions.
• Supporting residents in mobility with correct transfer techniques.
• Assisting with meal preparation and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Communicating any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
• Maintaining cleanliness in resident living areas and assisting with laundry services.
• Encouraging participation in wellness and recreational activities.

You will collaborate with the nursing team, ensuring adherence to infection control policies and procedures. Your role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
