Residential HVAC Installer

Key Responsibilities :

Install HVAC Systems : Perform installations of residential heating and air conditioning systems ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and safety.

System Setup and Testing : Set up, calibrate, and test new systems to ensure proper functionality and efficiency.

Customer Interaction : Communicate effectively with homeowners about system installations, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Teamwork and Collaboration : Work alongside other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard of quality.

Maintain Tools and Equipment : Keep tools and equipment in good working condition and ensure they are used safely on job sites.

Safety Compliance : Follow all safety procedures, regulations, and codes to ensure the safe and proper installation of HVAC systems.

Requirements :

• KY HVAC Journeyman license
• EPA Certification
• Proven experience in residential HVAC installation
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
