Description :

Neuro PCU RN position available.

This role involves caring for patients with diagnoses such as neurosurgery, stroke, medical overflow, epilepsy monitoring, and other neuro-specific conditions.

The unit has dedicated beds for 24-hour epilepsy monitoring.

The commonly encountered patient ratio is 1 : 5.

Travelers must work one holiday per 13 weeks.

Compliance with working requirements is mandatory.

Candidates should possess skills in the interpretation and management of dysrhythmias.

Blood product administration and central line management are essential responsibilities.

Non-invasive airway management knowledge is required.

Patient safety and adherence to isolation precautions must be maintained.

This unit showcases interdisciplinary support services such as physical therapy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams.

The unit has a dynamic team environment that fosters comprehensive patient care.
