Field Service Specialist

Overview

Field Service Business Associate – Estimation & Coordination. This is a Direct Hire position that will operate onsite in Omaha, NE. Base pay range : $60,000.00 / yr - $75,000.00 / yr. Pay range may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Akkodis is currently seeking a Field Service Business Associate for a Direct Hire position with one of the world\'s leading suppliers of intelligent energy supply and data management systems for moving machinery. This role is suitable for someone with a construction, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical background who wants to leverage hands-on experience in a professional office setting.

What You'll Do

• Estimate small service jobs and follow up with customers on quotes and orders
• Coordinate with outside sales and field service technicians
• Process purchase orders, job sheets, and invoices
• Manage short-term service projects from start to finish
• Communicate with customers and subcontractors about job logistics and scheduling
• Maintain accurate records and support business development efforts
