PTLA Real Estate Group is looking for a Community Manager to take over two apartment communities (total 89 units) in its portfolio! This position is responsible for effectively managing and coordinating activities and available resources to maximize the successful operation of the property, with a heavy emphasis on leasing and resident service. This position works closely with property owners and upper management to meet property objectives and operating performance.
Pay : $30.00 per hour
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS
- Two different properties, so reliable transportation is required
- Must live onsite at designated property
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Manages core business processes, including leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance, vendor relations, etcWorks closely with the Portfolio Manager to achieve optimum new lease and renewal pricingDevelops strategies and executes action plans to align property goals with company goalsExhibits role model behavior in customer service and professionalismOversees community administrative and reporting functions; partners with Accounting Department to ensure accurate financial reportingMaintains property cleanliness and curb appealAdheres to the letter and spirit of Fair Housing and Employment laws. Ensures the same level of compliance from all team members.Completes additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Portfolio ManagerCOMPETENCIES :
