CoCaptain is a virtual marketplace that enables Coaches and Clients to engage in online (remote) coaching sessions. We help coaches to grow their business by handling the administrative, sales, and marketing functions so they can focus on what matters most- the coaching! For Clients, we provide access to high quality and, yet, affordable coaching!

CoCaptain is a start-up founded in 2020. We are based in the New York Metro area and are positioned for rapid growth by leveraging our awesome product, remote workforce and our talented team of (contract) Coaches!

We want to make coaching affordable and accessible for all! Now, we're looking for exceptional professionals to share in this mission.

Position Overview

As a CoCaptain Subject Matter Expert , you will meet with Clients via the CoCaptain platform for the purpose of conducting live (virtual) coaching sessions regarding your profession or area or expertise. As a contractor, you will apply your unique method or pedagogy to ensure each session is effective and productive to achieve your Client's goals. Coaching topics include but are not limited to the following :

• Learning your area of expertise
• Developing a career in your area of expertise
• Resolving a professional / technical challenge
• Other mentorship and guidance
