• Implements quality nursing and clinical measures to maintain / increase elders' physical / mental wellbeing.\n
• Responsible for knowing the skin care policy and ensuring preventative measures are used to maintain the skin integrity of all elders.\n
• Monitors guests for changes in condition and coordinates care with physicians.\n
• Reviews care plan of each resident, making changes as the resident's condition or plan of care changes and completes an admission care plan in a timely manner.\n
• Completes prescribed treatments and ensures medication is administered timely, in private, and per facility procedure.\n\nWhat do I need to be considered?\n
