Job Summary :
The Inside Sales Representative will drive revenue growth by engaging with potential golf course clients, educating them on the benefits of ezLocator's solutions, and converting leads into sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for golf and possess strong sales acumen. This individual must be comfortable making cold calls, following up on inbound leads, and working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation & Outreach : Identify and qualify leads through research, inbound inquiries, and outbound calls / emails to golf course professionals, including superintendents, general managers, and club owners.
Product Knowledge : Gain a thorough understanding of ezLocator's products and services, including software features, benefits, and implementation processes to provide accurate and persuasive information to prospects.
Sales Pipeline Management : Maintain and update customer information in CRM (HubSpot, Jira), manage a sales pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups and progress on active leads.
Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with the golf industry decision-makers by understanding their unique course management needs and offering tailored solutions.
Sales Target Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by closing new business opportunities and managing renewals for existing customers.
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies, share customer feedback, and support broader business development initiatives.
Customer Support : Provide post-sale support, ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding and customer success teams.
