Our growing law firm is looking for an experienced estate planning attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on a range of elder law issues, including wills, trusts, and Medicaid regulations.
This exciting opportunity requires a license to practice law in North Carolina, at least two years of experience in estate planning, and the ability to draft both revocable and irrevocable trusts. This role requires a strong commitment to safeguarding the rights and interests of clients, helping to ensure their financial security.
Compensation :
$80,000 - $120,000 yearly
