Job Summary

Calling all conceptual thinkers, team players, and eyewear aficionados. Coming this November, KREWE is looking for a Store Manager to lead our Austin, TX store team.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead local grassroots marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to stores, and generate incremental revenue
• Achieve store event and revenue targets
• Assist with sourcing and compiling market partners and brand activation opportunities
• Partner with Supervisor to ensure all in store / offsite partners and events are inline with brand standards
• Ensure all relevant event activation supplies and resources are delivered on time, including creative assets, product, and branded packaging
• Partner closely with marketing and PR to ensure a cohesive brand experience, look and feel depending upon the market and objective of the event
• Lead in store and offsite events through every step of the process including conceptualization, execution, and tracking / reporting results
• Drive the team to achieve sales and KPI results
• Lead the sales cycle through every step of the process
• Labor management and effective scheduling according to business requirements
• Operational excellence
• Effective hiring and training of all team members
• Act as brand ambassador to build external pipeline of customers and candidates
• Manage and inspire a team of sales specialists
• Maintain visual brand standards at all times
• Act as a style advisor to every customer that walks through the door
