Superintendent

My client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Civil Superintendentto join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all phases of the project for a variety of project types including heavy civil construction projects including rail, bridge, marine, WTP / WWTP, and more.  The Superintendent will ensure that the projects are completed on time, trade partners are successful and delivering work within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.  Not only will you communicate directly with diverse clientele in both the public and private sector, you will collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, contractors, and local agencies to achieve project goals and deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications :

• Preferred but not required - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Civil Construction Project Manager, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
