Job description

Rx relief is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to support a leading 503B Outsourcing Facility. This role ensures compliance with FDA, DEA, and Board of Pharmacy regulations while overseeing sterile and non-sterile compounding operations under cGMP standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure 503B and cGMP compliance in daily operations
  • Oversee sterile compounding per USP

, and

  • Manage controlled substance handling and documentation
  • Support Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Review SOPs, deviations, and batch records for regulatory accuracy

    • Qualifications :

  • New York Pharmacist license
  • 5+ years’ experience in a 503B, hospital compounding, or cGMP-regulated setting
  • Strong understanding of FDA, DEA, and state regulations
  • Experience with QMS and controlled substance compliance
