Job descriptionMust possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN State License and current CPR certification Nursing degree from an accredited college or university Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred. -Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges Supervise nurses and CNAs Manage staffing changes Support family inquiries and screen visitors Coordinate patient / resident referrals with central admissions Ensure high quality resident / patient care Provide support to ancillary staff as needed On-Call every few weeks
Harbor House is a 138-bed skilled nursing facility seeking a Full Time RN Nursing Supervisor on our 3pm-11pm shift! We are located in the beautiful, seaside community of Hingham, just off of Route 3A and near public transportation! The right candidates will have strong clinical skills, be a team player and have the ability to lead.
