Technical Project Manager

ECS is seeking a Technical Project Manager to work in our Arlington, VA office. Please Note : This position is contingent upon additional funding. ECS is seeking several mid-career project managers to provide onsite support to a new DARPA initiative : Quantum Benchmarking Initiative (QBI). The project managers will serve as the main interface between a performing company and DARPA.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience including grad school or post doc
• Masters + 8 year or PhD +4 years of work experience and technologically conversant
• Ability to obtain and maintain a minimum of a DoD Secret clearance
• Ability to communicate effectively with excellent oral and written skills.
• Ability to learn new subjects and gain rapid insights into current and next-generation research topics, preferably with hands-on leadership of research programs at the performer level in multidisciplinary fields.
