The Role

We're seeking a Lead Product Engineer to own and orchestrate the engineering backbone of Arrive Point product development. This role will lead the integration of hardware, software, and AI into cohesive, manufacturable, and scalable products—turning prototypes into production-ready solutions for the ALM ecosystem.

You'll be equally comfortable leading and collaborating with mechanical, electrical, robotics, and systems engineers, making key trade-offs between design, performance, and manufacturability. You'll set technical direction, align disciplines, and ensure our products are as innovative as they are practical.

What You'll Do

• Lead Engineering Execution : Drive the end-to-end engineering process for Arrive Points, setting direction for integrated hardware, software, and AI systems.
• Coordinate Across Disciplines : Work with mechanical, electrical, robotics, and systems engineers—leading conversations, resolving trade-offs, ensuring seamless system integration.
• Guide Prototyping & Iteration : Oversee rapid prototyping cycles to test features, explore new ideas, and validate concepts quickly.
• Design Digitally First : Use CAD, simulation tools, and digital prototypes to concept, validate, and iterate designs before physical builds.
• Optimize Designs for Scale : Balance innovation with manufacturability, focusing on performance, reliability, unit economics, and readiness for mass production.
• Mentor & Build Talent : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, fostering learning and rigorous problem-solving.
• Collaborate Broadly : Partner with product managers, industrial designers, supply chain leaders, and AI teams to deliver aligned, holistic solutions.
• Shape AI-Driven Engineering : Guide how AI capabilities are embedded into products—from robotics intelligence to predictive features—ensuring robustness and manufacturability.
