NURSE PRACTITIONER - Mobile Wound Care - Green Bay - Appleton WI

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) for full-time wound care treatment across Green Bay, WI, and surrounding areas.

• Provide high-quality patient care, including assisting with procedures, collecting medical histories, administering wound treatments, and monitoring healing progress.
• Educate patients on conditions and preventive care, coordinate with medical providers, and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
• Travel to patients’ homes within the region; work independently following established protocols.

Qualifications : Active WI NP license, at least 1 year of nursing experience, valid driver’s license, comfort with wound care, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel 100%.
