Forklift Operator - 3rd shift 10pm-6am

Unlimited growth potential Primary Responsibilities Maintain current forklift license.

Can and does preoperational inspection Perform basic operations on Top Gun, such as, scan a unit and move to a bin location Read the schedule for each machine and load the in-feed conveyor properly Understands and performs clean up procedures Unload trucks and place units in correct location Tend to scrap baler when needed and in a timely manner Unload finished goods line and place in proper location Read tuck plans and load trucks properly Communicate with truck drivers in a professional manner Train and prepare others for forklift operator certification Effectively communicate with employees and others as required in the daily execution of assigned duties Assist other team members Education, Experience, and Attributes Proven production experience preferred but not required Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Capable of learning multiple jobs Must be able to lift 50 pounds; standing and continuous lifting are required.

Must have the ability to do basic math and read a tape measure.

Highschool diploma or equivalent is required Growth Opportunities From this position, many people will move into Team Leads or Shift Foreman!
