As a Director of Business Development, You will :
Provide leadership and support to marketing liaisons across the stateOversee training, onboarding, and ongoing development of outreach staffDevelop strategic marketing plans to meet growth targets and referral goalsMonitor market trends, competitors, and referral patterns to guide sales effortsMaintain strong knowledge of hospice philosophy, compliance, and regulationsCollaborate with internal teams to align outreach with patient and partner needsEnsure adherence to all applicable legal and regulatory requirementsBenefits and Perks for You!

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years’ experience in hospice and / or home health marketingAt least 2 years in marketing leadership or management rolesDemonstrated success in creating and executing strategic marketing plans that drive growth
