About The Position

Opportunity Details

An established medical center in northern Virginia has an opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum Cardiothoracic Surgery coverage.

Opportunity Details :

• Schedule : Monday-Friday, 6 : 30a-3p
• 1 : 3 weeknight and weekend call required
• Patient Volume : 4-8 cases per week
• Patient Population : Adult and geriatric
• Facility : 2 operating rooms
• Required Skills : Vein harvesting and chest tube placements
• Current Staff : 3 CTS surgeons, 1 lead PA, 2 integrated RN care managers, 1 clinic RN, and 1 clerical staff
• EMR : Epic
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel & expenses
