Financial Coach

Join us in empowering our communities & building financial stability!

Location : Philadelphia, PA Salary : $38,720 $46,000 (based on experience and education) Schedule : MondayFriday, 9 AM5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one financial coaching sessions and create individualized action plans.
  • Educate clients on budgeting, credit, banking, and financial literacy.
  • Support participants in setting and achieving financial goals.
  • Connect clients to housing programs, community resources, and support services.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Prior experience in housing, finance, banking, or a related field is required.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for helping others achieve long-term financial success.
