Job Title : Workers Comp Attorney Our client is a cutting-edge law firm that provides high-quality litigation defense for the Workers’ Compensation industry. The firm develops lasting relationships with clients through superior legal services at significant value, and has grown rapidly since its inception in 1996.

Associate Attorneys manage the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. The attorneys work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degree
• Member, State Bar of California
• Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Commitment to proactive case management
