F5 is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Talent Acquisition Program Manager to join our People & Culture team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and talent innovation. You'll lead key programs that shape how we attract, engage, and hire top talent across the business.
As a trusted partner to the VP of Talent Acquisition and TA Business Partners, you'll translate high-level strategy into actionable plans, drive operational excellence, and deliver insights that influence hiring decisions and workforce planning. You'll also lead initiatives in talent marketing, market intelligence, and stakeholder engagementensuring our programs resonate with hiring managers and candidates alike.
In addition, you will lead a global team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators and TA Operations, driving consistency, efficiency, and excellence in execution across all regions.
