Ready to Solve Complex Cylinder Challenges?
Imagine taking a damaged hydraulic cylinder from teardown to like-new performance—machining precision parts, validating your work, and handing the customer a solution that lasts. That’s the impact you’ll make as an Advanced CNC Manufacturing Technician focused on fluid power. You’ll service, repair, recondition, and assemble cylinders; run and maintain shop equipment; and ensure every interaction includes proactive parts / labor / service support. You’ll help foster a team culture built on integrity, collaboration, and accountability.
Your Mission

- Find the fix : Diagnose issues, propose repairs, and recommend additional work when it improves reliability.
- Run the shop : Program, set up, and operate CNC and manual equipment safely and efficiently; keep accurate records and a spotless work area.
- Communicate like a pro : Thank every customer, provide clear updates, and escalate parts shortages or malfunctions quickly—requesting expediting when needed.
- Be the standard : Dress professionally; study bulletins, catalogs, and parts books to stay current; attend company meetings and customer events.
- Protect the team : Maintain a respectful environment—don’t second‑guess a colleague’s work and don’t assign blame to the company, manufacturers, or other technicians.
- Eliminate comebacks : Give special attention to repeat repairs; control expenses while maximizing quality output.
- Be prepared : Provide your own organized hand-tool set; cross-train to support other departments when needed.
