Job description

About the Team :

  • Part of an Enterprise Applications group, responsible for financial, payroll, and HR applications.
  • Busy, collaborative environment with a focus on cross-functional work across campus and health divisions.

What Youll Do :

  • Lead reporting for the Oracle ERP implementation (currently in Phase 2), helping to finish the rollout.
  • Act as the main point of contact for reporting needs, working with stakeholders from both campus and health.
  • Define and translate reporting requirements into scalable solutions using Oracle and BI tools.
  • Rationalize, redesign, or retire legacy reports to ensure smooth transition.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with data governance standards.
  • Coordinate project activities (design, testing, deployment) and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and barriers.
  • Focus on configuring and optimizing reports, not building them from scratch.
