Our client is seeking a Director of Human Resources and Talen t to lead HR, recruiting, and training across multiple operating companies. This newly elevated Director of Human Resources and Talent role reports directly to the COO and offers significant visibility as the organization continues to grow.
Salary : $110,000-$135,000

Responsibilities : Director of Human Resources and Talent
Develop and implement a people strategy supporting growth, retention, and leadership development
Oversee HR, recruiting, and training functions to ensure consistency across divisions
Standardize policies, processes, and communication across the organization
Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational design
Lead culture initiatives under the "One Company" mission
Establish metrics for engagement, turnover, and recruiting performance
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance
Strengthen employer brand and recruiting effectiveness
Oversee onboarding, leadership development, and career pathing programs
Qualifications : Director of Human Resources and Talent
Bachelor's degree required; Master's or SHRM-SCP preferred
8+ years of HR leadership (HR operations + recruiting)
Experience supporting multiple operating companies or business units
Strong understanding of multi-state employment law and compliance
Proven ability to drive culture alignment and organizational cohesion
Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills
ADP experience strongly preferred
