Our highly qualified BluePearl Tacoma team is dedicated to delivering compassionate and comprehensive care, available 24/7. We specialize in emergency medicine, dentistry, neurology, oncology, radiology & diagnostic imaging, and surgery. With two Neurologists and two Critical Care Specialists on-site, our 16,000-square-foot facility is equipped with an on-site MRI and CT scanner, marking our distinction as the first private practice in Washington to perform MRIs on veterinary patients. Additionally, we offer a range of advanced equipment, including arthroscopy, ultrasound, and a fully equipped intensive care unit.

We take pride in providing surgical mentorship, and our ER Clinicians have the opportunity for primary surgical case management, covering common ER surgeries such as enterotomies, splenectomies, C-sections, GDV, pyometra, and more. • You possess the qualifications: A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree.

• You're officially certified: Holding a valid state veterinary license

• You have an unwavering commitment to emergency care:Self-directed, committed ongoing learner. Must be driven to continuously improve and stay up to date with industry developments and dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality.

• You're a pro at solving problems: Your decision-making skills are top-notch. You possess outstanding analytical capacity, attention to detail, and follow through.

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment: You have a knack for multitasking and can skillfully prioritize in high volume environment.

• If you're already familiar with Google Apps for Work and have experience with Cornerstone Practice Management software, that's a bonus!

• You are Tech-Savvy:If you're already well-versed in Google Apps for Work and have experience with Cornerstone Practice Management software, consider it an added bonus!

Compensation and Sign-On Bonus:

• Average Base + Production Compensation Range: $160,000-$250,000

• Relocation Assistance

• Plus, a Sign-On Bonus of up to $100,000

• No Non-Compete Clause

This position is eligible for production compensation with No Negative Accrual. Production is paid out quarterly.

Pay Range Disclaimer: The compensation range includes average base + production compensation. BluePearl also offers additional ancillary benefits, including, but not limited to, shift differentials and weekend differentials. These ancillary benefits may fluctuate by region and/or hospital.
