Wireless Sales Consultant

Wireless Zone, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Wireless Sales Consultants in Northville, MI. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their wireless needs, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting Verizon products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Educate customers on Verizon products and services, including devices, plans, and accessories.
  • Demonstrate wireless devices and explain their features and benefits.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals through selling techniques, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
