Each zone covers a 60 mile radius from the zone's city center which is where the 60 mile verbiage comes into play. The traveler is responsible for obtaining housing that makes this feasible as the requirement to float throughout the full 60 mile zone applies regardless of where the traveler obtains housing. - Week of orientation : Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remoteNO HOME BASE FACILITY Unit / Department PCU / IMC Float- What units are included in the float poolMutliple unit PCU / IMC units that cover various specialities including : General, Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, Rehab, Renal, Bariatrics, Ortho, Trauma, ED Obs, etc. - dependent on acuity- Required Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?)BLS, ACLS, NIHSS- Common diagnoses / Types of patients\"Population : Adults- GeriatricsCardiac, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, Renal, Urology-post surgicals, General Surgery-post appy, Gynecology, Psych / Detox, ENT, General Medicine, stable long term placement patients, and more\"- Experience or 'Must have' skills\"Must have 2 years of PCU / IMC experience Prefer prior neuro experience Prefer Epic experience- Must have experience with cardiac drips, insulin, & ativan\"- Are RNs required to titrate drips?Must be comfortable titrating & managing cardiac drips, insulin, ativan, & heparin- Common titratable & / or set rate dripsDopamine, dobutamine, cardizem, amio, ativan, insulin, & heparin- Charge Nurse / House Supervisor?
