Overview

Bull City Talent Group's client is seeking an SAP Project Manager (S4 / HANA) for a contract-to-hire engagement. Client is not sponsoring.

Base pay range

$100,000.00 / yr - $150,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Work with SAP leadership to set overall direction and priorities for the SAP portfolio of projects and roadmap. Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to align business and IT goals and prioritize projects accordingly.
• Partner with PMO leadership to define and refine PMO processes and best practices for SAP initiatives, ensuring outcomes comply with industry standards and company policies.
• Provide hands-on program and project management leadership across all project phases, applying SAP Activate or other relevant frameworks; manage multiple projects and vendor relationships as needed.
• Lead change management activities to drive solution adoption and minimize organizational impact.
• Prepare for meetings, track follow-ups, document RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, decisions), monitor budget vs. actuals, and escalate to PMO leadership and stakeholders as required.
• Lead or participate in business discussions to ensure requirements are well understood and mapped to business objectives and quantified benefits.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth project execution, including vendor selection and management when required (RFPs, MNDA / MSA / SOWs, negotiations with legal).
• Manage project budget and spend, with regular reporting and change management as needed per PMO practices.
• Collaborate with SAP Leadership to align deliveries with release management and development activities to minimize operational impact.
