Description :

The position is for an Inpatient Pharmacist.

Shifts are from 6 : 30 AM to 3 PM and from 8 : 30 AM to 5 PM.

Candidates with 0 to 2 years of pharmacy experience are welcome to apply.

First-time candidates will be accepted if they have prior inpatient experience.

Every fourth weekend is required.

On-call duties are required every fourth weekend.

Candidates must be willing to work as needed to meet facility needs.

Block scheduling may be accommodated.

No local candidates within a 100-mile radius will be accepted.

Pending licenses are accepted.

Ideally, no more than 5 days of restricted time off are preferred.

Candidates must be aware that the facility can cancel up to 3 shifts without penalty.

On-call hours do not count towards guaranteed minimum hours.

Candidates need experience in inpatient or acute care settings.

Epic charting experience is required.

The facility has a total of 49 staffed beds.

Daily census is approximately 15 patients.

The hospital operates in a multidisciplinary environment.

This position requires a focus on various patient demographics including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Candidates must ensure they meet compliance requirements and have necessary documentation ready.

References from supervisors are necessary at the time of submission.

Candidates are encouraged to familiarize themselves with background check requirements.

Interviewing candidates is part of the selection process.
