Job Responsibilities :

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living in a compassionate and respectful manner
  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents

Qualifications :

  • Valid CNA certification in the state of Iowa
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others

    • Work Schedule :

    This is a Part Time position working 1st shift (6AM-2PM) at St. Luke's Hospital Transitional Care Center in Cedar Rapids, IA. As a Part Time employee, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
