We are seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to provide in-home healthcare services to veterans and other individuals in need.

Flexible Hours Available :

Monday - Friday
Weekend shifts
PRN / Part-time and Full-time options

Qualifications :

Graduated from an accredited school of professional nursing

Hold a current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice

New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Current CPR certification and TB test required

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

Independently initiate actions to improve client care quality

Conduct regular client visits to deliver skilled interventions aimed at achieving client goals

Serve as an advocate for clients

Assess and evaluate the health status of clients and document all data appropriately

Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams to establish care goals

Review and modify care plans based on client feedback and needs

Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed

Educate clients and families on care procedures and self-administration of medications

Maintain thorough and accurate client records

Participate in team meetings and acknowledge reporting responsibilities for new assignments

Foster a safe environment for clients and minimize risks

Contribute to your professional development and engage in mandatory training

Perform other duties as assigned

Standard Pay Rate : $36.00 - $38.50 per hour
