About This Role
As our first ever RevOps hire, you will serve as a force multiplier for Great Question's revenue organization. You'll be responsible for owning the systems, processes, and data that power our go-to-market motion, enabling our teams to be more efficient, informed, and aligned. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution.
You'll not only optimize our existing RevOps stack but also lead the charge in adopting and operationalizing AI-native tools that drive smarter, faster revenue growth. We're looking for someone who's ahead of the curve and is excited by how AI is reshaping the GTM landscape and eager to bring that future to life.
What You'll Be Responsible For
1. Systems Administration
Own and manage the full suite of GTM tools including HubSpot, Apollo, while leading the adoption of next-generation, AI-powered platforms like Clay, Common Room, and Equals.
Ensure system reliability, data hygiene, and user adoption through thoughtful configuration, documentation, and training.
Partner with vendors to optimize tool performance and evaluate new technologies as needs evolve.
2. GTM Engineering
Build and scale the technical infrastructure (e.g., workflows, integrations, automations, lead routing, enrichment) that powers Great Question's go-to-market activities.
Design scalable processes that support lead management, deal execution, pipeline growth, and customer retention.
Support cross-functional experiments and implement feedback loops that improve efficiency across the GTM funnel.
3. Data Analysis
Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., Equals, ChatGPT, embedded analytics, etc.) to accelerate analysis, automate recurring insights, and uncover non-obvious patterns with the goal of helping the team move faster and make smarter decisions with less manual work.
Identify trends, opportunities, and bottlenecks across the funnel and recommend optimizations.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models that drive strategic planning and accountability.
Support right-side-of-the-funnel analysis, including Product-Led Growth (PLG) metrics like PQLs, CSQLs, and activation behavior, to align go-to-market motions with product engagement signals.
4. Sales-Team Training
Equip the revenue team with the resources, content, and training plan they need to drive meaningful conversations and close deals.
Own sales team onboarding, playbooks, enablement content, and continuous learning initiatives for the sales team, collaborating with marketing for the creation of the content
Partner closely with Marketing and Product Marketing to ensure messaging and assets are aligned with buyer needs.
About You
You're a strategic and detail-oriented Revenue Operations pro with 6+ years of experience in high-growth SaaS. You balance strategy with execution and are passionate about using modern AI tools to supercharge GTM performance.
Proven success partnering across Revenue, Marketing, Finance, Product teams.
Skilled at prioritizing ruthlessly, making trade-offs, and focusing on what drives impact. Equally comfortable setting GTM strategy and building workflows or pulling data.
Hands-on experience with AI-native GTM tools like Clay, Common Room, Equals, or similarand excitement to explore what's next.
Strong in process design including lifecycle stages, lead routing, sales handoffs, enablement.
Data fluent, with experience in Excel / Sheets, BI tools, and ideally SQL.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Apollo, and other GTM tools.
Excellent communicator who can confidently engage executive stakeholders.
