Job Responsibilities

• Build and refine the product's Design System from 0 to 1, establish and promote design standards and specifications for interfaces, interactions, and visuals, enabling the sustainable reuse of design assets and efficient collaboration.
• Deeply participate in the entire product development process, simultaneously acting in a Product Manager role : gain insights into user needs, participate in product solution discussions, and lead the planning of product feature structures and interaction flows.
• Be responsible for user research, competitive analysis, user persona development, user experience research, and usability testing, continuously optimizing product design to enhance user satisfaction and product core competitiveness.
• Collaborate deeply with R&D, Product, Operations, and other teams to efficiently drive design implementation and be accountable for the final launched outcome.
• Stay updated on industry design trends, continuously introduce advanced design concepts and tools, and enhance the team's design capabilities and aesthetic sense.
• Participate in team building, mentor and guide designers, and foster an efficient, innovative, and excellence-driven design team atmosphere.
