Practice Location : CPH Potsdam OB / GYN Practice

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Call Coverage : 1 : 4 minimum

Position Overview Specialty : OB / GYN Generalist

Practice Structure : 5 MDs, 3 CNMs, 3 APPs

EMR System : Epic

Call Coverage : Required, 1 : 4 minimum

Candidate Requirements Education / Experience : Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency completion) or Board Certified (BC) in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Reason for Recruitment : Expanding community needs

Compensation and Benefits Salary : $350,000 - $400,000

Signing Bonus : $60,000 - $70,000

Relocation Assistance : Up to $15,000

Paid CME : $4,000 annually

Licensing & Dues : $2,000

Benefit Time : 240 hours per year

Malpractice Insurance : Claims-made policy with $2.3 million per occurrence and $6.9 million aggregate, including tail coverage
