The Elms of Lynchburg is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Med Tech / RMA to join our care team. This role is vital in supporting our residents health and well-being through safe medication administration and attentive personal care. Responsibilities
Administer medications accurately and timely per physician ordersMonitor residents for side effects and report concerns to nursing staffAssist with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and nutritionMaintain detailed documentation and uphold confidentiality standardsSupport a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residentsCommunicate effectively with residents, families, and team membersQualifications
Certified and Licensed Medication Aide in VirginiaCurrent First Aid and CPR certificationAbility to adhere to all health and safety guidelinesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPhysical ability to lift and assist residents as neededCompassionate, respectful, and ethical approach to careWhy Join Us?
