    • Job Summary

    The Elms of Lynchburg is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Med Tech / RMA to join our care team. This role is vital in supporting our residents health and well-being through safe medication administration and attentive personal care. If youre passionate about senior care and thrive in a collaborative, respectful environment, wed love to meet you.

    Responsibilities

  • Administer medications accurately and timely per physician orders
  • Monitor residents for side effects and report concerns to nursing staff
  • Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition
  • Maintain detailed documentation and uphold confidentiality standards
  • Support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

    • Qualifications

  • Certified and Licensed Medication Aide in Virginia
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to lift and assist residents as needed
  • Compassionate, respectful, and ethical approach to care
