Physical Therapist

Salary :

$75,000-$80,000 base salary + bonus + full benefits (health insurance, PTO, CEU allowance, sign-on bonus, and potential relocation assistance)

Job Summary :

A well-established, therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic practice in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their team. This role is ideal for new graduates who are looking for a supportive environment, exceptional mentorship, and exposure to a diverse musculoskeletal caseload. The schedule is highly flexible, with clinic hours from 8-7 Monday-Thursday and 8-6 on Friday.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality physical therapy care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions
• Treat a diverse patient population, including teens, adults, athletes, and active Medicare patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans focusing on sports medicine, spinal dysfunctions, and general orthopedics
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in mentorship and professional development opportunities
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical best practices
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
