Bittersweet is seeking employees to work on  1st shift in our Day Program 8 : 15am - 3 : 30pm.  This is a part-time role working four days per week .

Direct Support Professionals help enrich lives and make a difference while also providing you with a valuable work experience. Direct Support Professionals teach, mentor and positively impact the lives of individuals with disabilities by assisting with activities of daily living, promoting independence, facilitating various methods of communication, and so much more!

You will be able to enjoy the outdoors on our working farm, hiking in Oak Openings, and participate in working in our horticulture, gardens, grounds keeping, art, and culinary departments. A rewarding career path for those interested in disability studies, nursing, health care, social work / social services, education, direct care, home health and those with a desire to help others.

No experience necessary, we provide paid training.

• 5 Day Mandatory Orientation ( Split to 2 days per week)
