As a Talent Consultant within PNC's Talent organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion. Talent Consultants partner with HR business partners and business leaders to drive talent-focused initiatives like succession planning, talent roundtables, talent identification, and skill-based development. This Talent Consultant role will support Independent Risk Management (IRM) and Chief Finance Office (CFO) lines of business.

Job Description

Provides consultation on the full suite of talent management strategies. Manages and designs the implementation of enterprise strategies related to talent management in collaboration with LOB HR partners. Leads continuous talent conversations in partnership with LOB HR leaders in support of accomplishing business objectives through talent strategies. Partners with LOB HR leaders to establish, monitor and measure talent priorities. Maintains effective communications and relationships with LOB HR leadership and internal HR partners.
