Junior Commissioning Engineer - Fairless Hills, PA

What this job involves

JLL is seeking a motivated Junior Commissioning Engineer to join our Commissioning & Building Analytics (CBA) team. This position will be on site in Fairless Hills, PA, for a 12 month minimum project. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within the commissioning field under the guidance of experienced professionals. The successful candidate will assist senior team members in delivering quality commissioning services while developing technical expertise in building systems and commissioning processes.

Your day-to-day tasks will include :

• Supporting commissioning activities under the supervision of senior engineers
• Assisting with field inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Documenting test results and maintaining commissioning records
• Participating in commissioning meetings and site visits
• Helping prepare commissioning deliverables such as checklists and test procedures
• Learning and applying commissioning standards (ASHRAE, CSA, LEED)
• Conducting basic testing and verification activities with guidance
• Supporting the development and maintenance of project documentation
• Contributing to issue tracking and resolution processes
