Position Overview

• Role : General Neurologist (Outpatient-Focused)
• Base Compensation : $350,000 annually
• Incentives : Productivity-based bonus structure
• Vacation : 4 weeks of paid time off per year
• CME : $1,500 annual allowance plus up to 1 week of CME leave
• Benefits : Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
• Partnership Track : Available after 2 years
• Professional Coverage : Arizona medical license, malpractice insurance, DEA registration, and all staff dues covered by the practice
