Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR consultant for assigned clients, managing onboarding through retention
Lead compliance audits and implement corrective actions
Advise on multi-state employment law matters and conduct investigations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5-6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-4 years in direct HR consulting
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities
Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
Active PHR or SHRM-CP certification
