About the Role
As a CNA, you will :
Provide caring assistance to residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating, helping them live their fullest lives.Support individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs, ensuring personalized attention and dignity.Engage residents through social activities and community events that foster connection and happiness.Monitor and report on residents' health, contributing to their safety and well-being while maintaining open, kind communication.Help create an uplifting, healthy environment where residents feel respected and at home.What We Look For
Current Minnesota CNA certification (required).Prior experience in long-term care is a plus.Positive attitude with compassionate, clear communication skills for resident and team interactions.Ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written English.Our Benefits
