To join our team as a Market Outreach Coordinator! This role is responsible for local market outreach and engagement activities. The Market Outreach Coordinator will lead local small business scheduling efforts and manage relationships with business owners and location managers.

Successful candidates for this role will reside in Indianapolis, Indiana.

• Provide energy‑efficiency education through direct customer support, including phone outreach, email communication, scheduling appointments, event staffing, and on‑site visits

• Support increased program participation by engaging community stakeholders, businesses, and organizations through data entry, correspondence, and tracking of participation data

• Staff meetings and provide additional program support as needed

• Generating targeted in‑person outreach to small business customers

• Strong customer service and client relationship skills, and enthusiasm for energy conservation

Type of Work

• This is not a work-from-home position; you will be in the field engaging with small business customers in Indianapolis

Driving

• Are at least 21 years of age

• Valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment in, with a driving record that meets CLEAResult’s minimum safety standard
