Commercial Estimator – Plano, TX Full-Time | Office-Based

We’re partnering with a growing commercial construction company in Plano that is looking for a Commercial Estimator to lead their estimating department. Lead and manage the full estimating process for commercial construction projects.

Prepare detailed estimates for ground-up and tenant improvement (TI) projects ranging from $1M–$20M across any sector.

Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor bids to ensure accurate pricing.

Work closely with the Partner and project teams to support proposals and preconstruction activities.

Contribute to department growth and help shape estimating processes as the company scales.

5–10 years of commercial estimating experience preferred (open to more or less for the right candidate).

~ Strong background in commercial construction —ground-up and TI projects.
