Elastic is seeking an SEO program manager to join the Web Strategy & Development team, to help set and execute SEO & LLMO strategy. The role focuses on growing Elastic’s brand search visibility, website traffic and conversions, and driving continuous SEO improvements across elastic.co. You are a subject matter authority in search engine optimization and a strong communicator who can evangelize and drive adoption of SEO best practices across marketing and non-marketing teams.

What You Will Be Doing

SEO strategy and planning

• Co-create an Elastic SEO center of excellence with consistent SEO principles, standard processes, and experimentation to guide continuous search visibility and web traffic growth
• Lead the development of SEO strategy for technical Elastic.co properties (Elk stack / platform content, Docs, and Labs)
• Collaborate to build annual goals and metrics with Elastic marketing analytics, site owners, and external SEO agency
• Serve as the SEO authority for web migrations, refreshes, redesigns, or other website improvements

Compensation for this role is base salary (no variable component). The typical starting salary range is listed below, with variations by location (including Seattle, LA, SF Bay Area, and NYC metro). Ranges represent the minimum to maximum Elastic reasonably pays at posting time; actual pay may differ. Position placement within the range depends on factors such as education, experience, and location. Elastic participates in stock programs and offers a 401(k) with company matching up to 6% of eligible earnings, plus additional benefits focused on well-being.

Typical starting salary ranges :

United States : $106,900—$169,100

select locations (Seattle, LA, SF Bay Area, NYC) : $128,200—$202,700
