Job descriptionShift Structure : 12-hour shifts (9 : 00 AM 9 : 00 PM & 9 : 00 PM 9 : 00 AM) Coverage : 24 / 7 ED coverage Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP or ACNP) Emergency Medicine experience required Must be proficient in intubations Active Illinois License and DEA Required at time of submission Certifications Required : ACLS, ATLS, PALS, DEA

We are seeking an experienced and Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Illinois. This opportunity offers a fast-paced environment in a well-supported emergency department with full subspecialty backup.
Facility Details :
- Total ED Beds : 10
- Annual ED Volume : 15,000
- Average Daily Patient Load : per 24 hours
- Patient Volume : 2 patients per hour
- Admission Rate : 13%
- EMR : Cerner
- Trauma Designation : Acute Stroke Ready Hospital
- Subspecialty Backup : ENT, Pediatrics, GI, Ophthalmology, Surgery
