PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY :

Safely feeds corrugated sheets of raw material into a rotary die cutting machine at a consistent rate of speed. Assists operator with the set up and operation of the machine ensuring high-quality packaging and products are produced in accordance with customer specifications, machine standards and production goals.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

AUTHORITY : Must have the ability to lead a crew that has been placed with them to execute the demands of the operation efficiently and to respond to oral instructions from the supervisor / lead and written instructions.

QUALIFICATIONS :

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE : Minimum of six months of related experience within a production or manufacturing role; prior corrugated or print packaging experience is a plus; must have basic computer skills and possess ability to utilize software. Must have mechanical aptitude and skills.

LANGUAGE SKILLS : Must have the ability to read and understand documents, letters, etc. and write legibly in English. Must be able to understand and speak clearly, communicate, and understand directions in English as needed. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, vendors, and other Team members of the organization.
