This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing professional development programs, conducting skills assessments, audits, and incident follow-ups. Collaboration with staff and leadership ensures ongoing training, compliance with quality and safety standards, and supports lifelong learning in a healthcare setting.

• 50% of hours must be performed after 7 pm
