Program Manager

Devereux Florida provides programs and services for children and adolescents who face significant emotional, behavioral, and intellectual / developmental challenges. Located in Viera, FL, this position is responsible for oversight of the program and staff, certifying proper service delivery to all clients in a safe and therapeutic environment, and ensuring compliance with local and state agencies, Medicaid and ACHA requirements, and DCF Licensing requirements.
Position Details :
Salary : Starts at $56,000-$63,840 / annually (rate is based on education and relevant experience)
Hours : Typical day shift; on call 24 / 7

Qualifications : Education :
Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Business, or related field preferred
Experience :
3 years' residential experience in a direct care or higher-level role required
1 year lead or supervisory experience required
Experience in a group home setting that provides autism, IDD, and / or intensive dually diagnosed services preferred
Other Requirements :
Valid Florida driver's license
Must be able to complete a 2-week (Monday - Friday) new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 9 : 00am to 5 : 00pm each day in Titusville.
Must be willing to be on call 24 / 7
Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include : Drug Test, Physical, and TB Test.
